01 / scope

What this disclaimer covers

Synthetix publishes AI and software engineering articles, tutorials, news updates, newsletter content, and related site pages. The content is provided for general information, education, and research support.

Use this page with the Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, About page, and any article-level notices. If an article, email, ad, or sponsored placement includes a more specific disclosure, the more specific disclosure should control for that item.

02 / AI

AI-assisted publishing, not a professional review

Synthetix may use AI-assisted workflows for research organization, outlines, draft support, metadata, translation, categorization, source review, and generated editorial images. AI support does not replace editorial responsibility, and final publication decisions remain human-owned.

Human review means an editor can review, revise, approve, correct, or reject content before or after publication. It does not mean every technical claim, code sample, product statement, translation, or source summary has been independently tested, audited, or reviewed by a credentialed professional.

Because AI tools and automation can introduce errors, bias, stale context, or awkward phrasing, readers should verify important claims against primary sources and current documentation.

  • AI may help organize source material, but sources remain more important than generated prose.
  • Generated editorial images are illustrations or visual metaphors unless a caption says otherwise.
  • Translations aim for equivalent meaning, but local legal or technical terms may still need specialist review.
  • Corrections can be requested when a claim, source, translation, or disclosure appears wrong.

03 / accuracy

Technical accuracy and fast-moving information

Software, AI tools, cloud services, security guidance, pricing, policies, and APIs change quickly. A tutorial, news item, code sample, benchmark, version reference, product note, or setup command may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong by the time you read it.

Do not rely on Synthetix as the only source before deploying code, changing infrastructure, buying software, handling sensitive data, or making a security-sensitive decision. Check official documentation, release notes, vendor terms, and your own environment.

  • Run examples in a safe test environment before using them in production.
  • Check package, API, cloud, database, and framework versions before following setup steps.
  • Review security, privacy, compliance, cost, and reliability impact with qualified people for your context.
  • Treat news and developing stories as time-sensitive snapshots, not permanent statements.

04 / advice

No professional advice

Synthetix content is not legal, financial, medical, investment, tax, security, or professional engineering advice. It should not replace qualified review by a professional who understands your facts, jurisdiction, systems, contracts, risk tolerance, and obligations.

Examples, opinions, and explanations are educational. You are responsible for deciding whether information is suitable for your use and for the consequences of actions you take based on it.

05 / commercial

Ads, affiliate links, and sponsorships

Synthetix is being prepared for advertising. GA4 and AdSense are consent-gated and depend on production environment IDs; certified CMP setup remains external for covered ad regions. The repo audit did not find active public affiliate-link or sponsored-post implementation in this checkout.

If affiliate links, sponsored posts, product reviews, paid placements, or newsletter promotions become active, the relationship should be disclosed clearly and conspicuously, in the same language, and close to the relevant recommendation or link. A general page-level disclaimer is not enough when a reader needs the disclosure at the decision point.

Commercial relationships do not decide editorial conclusions. Sponsored content should be labeled, and ordinary external links are not endorsements or paid relationships unless a specific disclosure says so.

  • Do not click, automate, repeatedly refresh, or encourage interactions with ads to generate revenue or test live ad behavior.
  • Advertising labels and placement should distinguish ads from publisher content and avoid layouts that cause unintended ad interactions.
  • Affiliate or sponsored relationships should be disclosed close to the relevant product, service, link, review, or recommendation.
  • Product coverage should not claim hands-on testing unless that testing actually happened and is described.

07 / editorial

Editorial independence

Synthetix aims to separate editorial conclusions from advertising, affiliate, sponsorship, and vendor relationships. Editorial coverage should be based on usefulness to developers and technical builders, source quality, practical tradeoffs, and reader value.

The site does not claim a newsroom, lab, certification body, or formal peer-review process that it does not have. When Bruno Brizolara is the responsible editor, the About page identifies that responsibility directly.

08 / corrections

Corrections and disclosure questions

If you find an error, outdated instruction, missing source, incorrect translation, unclear AI disclosure, affiliate concern, ad-labeling issue, or potential conflict of interest, send the details through the contact page or hello@synthetix.ai.

Material corrections should be reviewed and fixed when confirmed. When a correction changes the substance of a published item, the article or page should make that update visible where appropriate.
